Completed the initial user interface design as well as user experience re-imagination of a computer software company that specializes in e-commerce, business operations, and performance management.
We worked with initial wireframes on a tight timeline to create the original dashboard.
Once an initial round of funding was complete, Yaguara was prepared to continue work to upgrade their platform's identity and value.
The Overview screen was used as a primary example for changes. In the updated design, the left sidebar is by default condensed to add more real estate to the dashboard. It has the ability to smoothly expand on hover and prototypes for new interactions were presented in InVision. Gradients were explored where applicable to replace flat color for more visual interest. Other key areas were updated for quick adjustments while in overview.
Recruited a diverse group of both existing and target users for participation in a user research study. From there, we were able to use findings to validate the reimagined portions of the platform design.
